I bought my tiny from Jeremy Killian in 2019 when it was Tiny Innovations/Tiny Heirloom! It took so long to get my house built & when it was delivered there were costly electrical problems & the walls were unfinished painted plywood- it was a substandard build. Since then they’ve continued to rip people off & deal with legal issues. They had a RICO charge with some investors. They will never make good on their contracts

I paid 185k for my 3 bedroom 1650sqft home with a walk up attic and finished basement. 200k for a tiny home is insane

Look into ELS. Equity Lifestyle Properties. What are they paying in taxes compared to what they charge low income seniors in lot rent in Florida.

That’s because their trailers. They have wheels. They may be pretty, but they are trailers. Trailers lose, and depreciate unlike a house, which is attached to the ground.
