I used to do response handling — that was an actual service offered by recruitment agencies! There was a huge boutique agency that offered that service. You had to review every candidate you received and print out. But you had to shortlist to the Top 20 of that role/advertised role.

This makes me irate. I applied to Aldi for a part time job. I got a text message from Aldi's hiring bot about coming to an interview. It gave me certain dates, but I couldn't make any of them, and asked if one of my weekday days off would be okay. It's a bot, so it just kept repeating.
