The LG SolarDOM™'s Air Fry function makes it so easy to get your food perfectly crispy on the outside with less oil. Quick method: 1. Dip bundles of enoki mushrooms in a simple batter. 2. Air fry in the LG SolarDOM™ at 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes until golden, then serve with soy-mayo sauce and a sprinkle of furikake. 🍄‍🟫 Crispy Enoki Mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 ✔ Ingredients 200g enoki mushrooms ¼ cup all-purpose flour ¼ cup tapioca starch ½ cup ice water A pinch of salt Grapeseed oil For the dipping sauce: 3 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tsp soy sauce ½ tsp sesame oil Furikake seasoning, for garnish ✔ How to Make 1. First, prepare the dipping sauce: in a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 2. Prepare the enoki mushrooms: trim off the brown root end and gently separate them into small bundles. If they need cleaning, wipe them with a damp paper towel instead of washing. 3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the tapioca starch, all-purpose flour, and salt. Pour in the ice water and mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix. 4. Dip the enoki bundles into the batter, then lightly shake off any excess. 5. Place the battered mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer and drizzle with grapeseed oil. 6. Air fry in the LG SolarDOM™ at 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy. 7.
