I hate the reality that people refute the fact we are over populated and heavily. While steadily over population. As well as knowing our best simply aren’t the ones breeding out of control.

Imagine that, I haven’t had to wash bugs off my car in years and the birds are disappearing. Almost like herbicide and pesticides isn’t a good thing

There was massive bird die offs in Alaska in have been happening every year since 2015. Over 4 million birds have died. A lot of murre birds and puffins and more. Some colonies in some areas died by 70%. In 2019 there was a heatwave that was so much during salmon spawning season that salmon died in the rivers of heart attacks before they could spawn. Birds died so much along the shores of Alaska for hundreds of miles. There is limited funding in the state of Alaska and we will never know just how many more have died.

I guarantee the amount of useless grass everywhere is also a major contributing factor. There's no food for the birds and insects. That and humans have poisoned everything while destroying habitats for houses, shopping centers, golf courses, monoculture farms, etc

hey, iowa resident here— i’m seeing my state is a dark shade of red and i would like to speak to that without having sources or scientific data. i want to say our agricultural practice (ag-chemicals) and monoculture of crops (soy/corn) has been obliterating our environment and its diversity as well as the reason for our cancer crisis within this state we have an environmental crisis that is hardly monitored or spoken about

😁😁😁 Marine microbe biomass has been dropping even more/longer. We're 2/3 of the way through The 6th Great Extinction.

I’m appalled and terrified in equal measure. We are trying SO hard to wipe ourselves out, and taking the whole ecosphere with us. 🤦🏻‍♀️

the world going fully plant based would allow almost 75% of agricultural land back to the wild, and still feed all humans +. Harvard study i believe.
