@caughtby5o: 🚨 Runs from police… then calls an Uber straight back to the crime scene 📰 A Parker officer attempted to stop a speeding vehicle on Parker Road early in the morning — but the driver fled. The officer discontinued the pursuit for safety. Moments later, officers located the abandoned vehicle in a nearby neighborhood and waited. Then an Uber pulled into the area. When officers spoke to the driver, she confirmed she was there to pick up… the suspect they were looking for. Officers found him hiding in a nearby field. After field sobriety tests, he was arrested on suspicion of DUI and transported to the Douglas County Jail. Instead of getting a safe ride home before drinking, he tried to outrun the stop — and ended up getting a ride to jail instead. #DUI#DUIArrestl#PoliceBodycamn#DontDrinkAndDrives#InstantKarmaafficStop

🍢🔥 Pork Belly & Kimchi Charcoal Grill Skewers 🥓🧄🌶️ Ingredients: 🍢 🍢 Your choice of mains (scallops & shrimp — the star of the skewer) 🌿 Veggies for skewers: red onion & cherry tomatoes 🧄 5–6 garlic cloves, minced 🧅 1 onion, sliced 🌶️ black pepper & oyster sauce (marinade base) 🫒 3 tbsp cooking oil 🍶 2 tbsp light soy sauce 🍯 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional) 🧂 Pinch of salt & sugar 🍺 A splash of cooking wine (for meats) ✨ chili powder + Sichuan pepper (for sprinkling) 🍡 Bamboo skewers (soak in water first to prevent burning) 🍺 Serve with: soy sauce & wasabi Instructions: 👨‍🍳 Cut all your ingredients into evenly sized pieces. Marinate with black pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic, sugar & sesame oil for 25 minutes to let the flavors sink in — veggies can go straight onto the skewers. Thread everything onto soaked bamboo skewers, alternating mains and red onion & cherry tomatoes for color and extra flavor, about 8 pieces per skewer. Build a charcoal fire and wait until you have a bed of glowing, even embers. Lay the skewers on the grill — sear then finish over embers, and keep flipping as they cook for about 10-13 minutes total. Brush with oil and seasonings constantly, and when they start sizzling and dripping, shower them with chili powder + Sichuan pepper — the aroma will hit you instantly. Grill until the mains are golden and cooked through, and the veggies are tender with a little char. Take a bite while they're hot — crispy outside, juicy inside, smoky with that unmistakable fire-kissed flavor, perfect with soy sauce & wasabi on the side. 😋🔥🍢
