I use Cicaplast Baum B5 as the last step in my night skincare. I double cleanse, use retinal, use a separate retinal eye cream, apply a light moisturizer, then a heavier peptide cream, and then I seal it in with Cicaplast Baume. This keeps my old lady skin going strong going from the frozen tundra of midwestern USA to dry, over-heated indoor environments

Thank you! I got cicaplast and was really struggling for a while because it would burn my irritated skin. Once I got cicalfate, it was such a different experience. I love love love cicalfate.

be careful though with the cicaplast bc shea butter is comedogenic its a good healing/ hydrating creme! but can clog your pores, esp in the t zone of you are acne prone

The concern i have putting cream on my inflamed little red bumps is that it will make them worse. I don’t want to add some that’s going to hydrate them.
