I make sure to speak with to people with respect. You don’t talk to nobody any kind of way. A lot of ppl miss important messages simply because the person delivering it, is misrepresenting the message with their time and choice of words. You can’t control how someone else feels or hears you. Self reflect, adjust, but definitely stay firm because everything isn’t cupcakes and rainbows

I think it depends on when they call out the tone too. if the first response is about my tone, its deflection. if they listen first then we talk about tone ill handle that better. Also a lot of people don't get how black people communicate lol

I absolutely love the glasses! I completely agree with you. Last night, I began reading a book called “The Courage to Be Disliked,” and it’s gradually transforming my perspective on various aspects of life. I believe you would also find this book intriguing, but I must reiterate that I wholeheartedly agree with you. Once someone comments on my tone, I often respond with, Hold on, wait a minute.
