@teambhargo: The Science of Dynamic Compaction Simply throwing soil into a foundation isn't enough. At Bhargo Builders, we use a Monkey Jumper (Tamping Rammer) to deliver high-frequency, high-impact force. This process, known as Dynamic Compaction, forces the soil particles to rearrange and lock together, eliminating the Interstitial Air Voids that cause floors to crack or sink over time. By compacting in 6-inch layers (lifts), we ensure the ground reaches the required Proctor Density. In Pokhara’s varied soil conditions, this rhythmic "pulse" is what guarantees a level, crack-free floor for decades. 📐🛡️🇳🇵#construction #foryou #buildit #teambhargo #civilengineering
