I had to unlearn everything the patriarchy taught me. cook got him no. clean for him no I do all these things for myself if he is there he can enjoy the meal. they see you as an indentured servant when you do these thing he thinks your applying for a job that's why ue flaked 😌😏

Honestly, it depends on the excuse. I’m married to a doctor and if he’s standing over someone with his hands in the guy’s chest, I don’t expect him to drop everything and run home. This was true also when dating.

These men don't appreciate a home-cooked meal. They believe that is a bare minimum they are entitled to. Save your amazing cooking talent for after the honeymoon. Even then, only 3 days a week. He cooks 3 & the 7th he treats you to the restaurant of your choice. Share the love baby!!!
