Clearly this trooper was in the wrong and he doesn't deserve to wear a badge. The feds had to get involved so these victims could get some type of justice. This department needs to get fully investigated for their troopers abuses of citizens. The blame is at the top with the officers in charge of these troopers. They are not over seeing the rank and file, some people need to lose their jobs and others need to be jailed.
