one thing people who post "legal remedies" need to understand getting such remedies cost money. Lawyers don't work for free. This is what the legal system, especially the state, which is why they withheld evidence and tried to squash the motion. They knew they would lose but were betting he didn't have money or would spend through his money reducing his financial ability to move forward with his case.
