I need a dark blue. haven't found a gel eyeliner yet that works on water line so I'm very skeptical. don't want to hassle with returns and usually don't get your money back. I'm seeing from all the comments that tick tock shop is having quite a problem with scammy videos and I would have to say most of the stuff I have ordered from there has been a scam. if this really works like the ad says it does I would love it but I guess I need more proof so will have to do some research first.

I thank you all for the realistic review of this. I’ve bought that stupid one that’s called tattoo, to make you think it stays. I put it on in less than a half an hour it’s already all over under my eye near my cheek. It’s so annoying in America companies can make actual claims that aren’t even true.
