Every rheumatologist I've seen (there have been quite a few over the years) has dismissed anything related to connective tissue as "not my area." In fact, I tried to make an appointment with someone new recently and their automated scheduling system said, "Sorry, we don't treat that," when connective tissue disease was selected and kicked me out of the scheduling process. Yet it was a selection available in the system. 🤷🏻♀️

Need a little help/advice please: @A🦔G: Positive Ana for 10+ years. Pattern has changed from homogeneous to fine dense speckled over years. Main symptom is fatigue, joint pain, and intercostal pain. Joints bruise randomly. SOB with flares. Lupus was given as a diagnosis based on symptoms and ANA.

Hi @Dr. Juhi MD, PhD how is MS diagnosed? My uncle has it. I have fibromyalgia, multi-level ddd, djd, spinal stenosis, herniated disc's and osteoarthritis. I feel fatigued and heavy most days.

I’m pretty sure it took me 25 to 30 years to finally get a diagnosis. I’m older and if you had autoimmune fatigue, your MD just sent you to a psychiatrist.

I was diagnosed with Hypermobility syndrome around 15 years ago. Today I asked my rheumatologist about Ehlers danlos syndrome and she said it was just a fancy way to say people are a bit bendy! this was my first visit with her.

The dr is saying I might have sjogrens . I presented with very dry eyes was given drops eye creams . I get swelling on the legs also numbness on top left leg but they are not testing .
