🚨 Do NOT Purchase from @DeerRunOfficial 🚨 I need to share my frustrating experience with this company to save others from dealing with the same nightmare. I took advantage of their New Year’s sale and ordered a treadmill in the color “Everest.” Based on the website pictures, it looked like a standard treadmill with a green top—perfectly fine. I also added a standing desk table to my order. The website clearly stated everything would ship between January 2 and January 9. Fast forward to yesterday when my order finally arrived. I open the box, and to my absolute shock, the treadmill is Christmas-themed. It has a Santa hat and “Ho Ho Ho” printed on the tread! Nowhere on the website was this mentioned, nor was there any indication this was a holiday-themed product. To make matters worse, the standing desk table was missing entirely. I tried calling customer service, and when I finally got through, the representative was rude and dismissive. I explained the issue—how the treadmill was falsely advertised and how my table wasn’t included. Her response? “That’s what you ordered. It is what it is.” She refused to help, offered no resolution, and didn’t even acknowledge the misleading product listing. I pointed out the delivery timing issue for the table (now delayed until January 31 despite the website showing an earlier timeframe). Again, her answer was, “It is what it is.” When I asked for a supervisor, she told me there aren’t any. I also sent an email with screenshots and a detailed explanation, but the company has refused to respond. This company is full of false advertising, poor customer service, and zero accountability.
