Had a partial hysterectomy in 2014. The recovery is painful like that of a c-section. That how I felt. I had pain meds. Just used them to sleep at night. Did take 6 weeks to recover. But for no more endometriosis and heavy bleeding it was birth it. And no more periods. Had my 4 kids.
