This is simple grey car at fault as he doesn’t have priority end of. Ain’t about who signalled or who didn’t road markings and lanes are there for a reason.

Grey car merged out too early when other car had priority. The White car gave no signal and turned in too early unexpectedly. Both were at fault but ultimately the golden rule is you must not enter any roads unless it is safe to do
