I don’t think mine is sleep paralysis, I’ve feel I’ve been haunted by a demon since my teens, I’m in my 60’s now. The reason I say this is, a pastor once told me that whenever I get a visit to repeat, I rebuke you in the name of the Lord, if it were a dream or sleep paralysis, why would I remember to do that every time it happens? Sometimes Im paralyzed and can’t speak so I mumble it and it goes away.

Experienced it twice. I know I did the first time as a kid don’t remember but know I had it 2nd time was a tall figure that walked and stood at the side of my bed.

I rally hate this. Thankfully I don't see shadow like people in the room, however I do get weird hallucinations and the room gets completely different, like I woke up and I'm in a different place and I hear strange noises. It creeps the hell out of me!
