For anyone genuinely curious, when it’s a weakness question, give something light and predominantly focus on giving an example on how you were proactive and minimised it, or leveraged it and the result. You’re then turning the convo to reflect accountability, growth and resourcefulness. With HR and hiring managers, helps a lot :). E.g overly focusing on small details but then using check lists to ensure structure you stay on track without sacrificing quality and improving efficiency. Or public speaking and how you started offering more ideas or practicing before anyone else to break the silence and steer collaboration which led you to training peers or leading meetings and improving overall culture. Etc
