The bar is very low. He went from slogans and proclaiming Canada is broke, to making a speech with coherent words, so yes, he looks good, but a speech alone doesn’t make him qualified to lead the country. He cannot control his own party, with Jamil being in front of the cameras everyday. It’s becoming too many cooks in the kitchen if you ask me.

It was disingenuous - his comment next day about Carney’s India trip was proof beyond a doubt ….. as PP jets to UK and Germany on taxpayer dime - now there’s a waste of money! PP’s comments re USA lack of a relationship was a red flag for anyone paying attention. Carney is way too smart to allow unpredictable and corrupt trump to set Canada up for annexation.
