As someone who is a survivor of melanoma I highly recommend sunscreen. I used it religiously and still got cancer but it would have been a lot worse if I hadn’t used it at all.

Putting my seatbelt on is such a force of habit for me that I put it on when I don’t need to. Like if I need to pull my car out of the garage and into the driveway, I still put it on without thinking about it. I was in the car with a buddy a while back and he drove from the gym to his apartment (like ~1 mile away) without a seatbelt, annoying chimes and all. I swear some people do it just to be contrarian.
