Keep it safe, keep it simple just rock the black laces. Take it from a 56 year old OG punk/skinhead, color codes and meanings change throughout the years no matter what culture you are referencing, i.e secret sects,groups, gangs, political, queer, punk etc. They move and shift with the times. Often older once recognized signs and symbols mutate or go underground and some resurface decades later when once long forgotten "secrets" emerge again only to end up appropriated by outsiders who dilute the original meanings and purpose for the coded symbolism causing the core "believers" to change their uniform and their symbols to once again attempt to stat hidden to all but the initiated.

As far as I remember it was traditionally - Blue laces = has assaulted a cop, not pro cop. Red can equal violence + communist/socialist OR neonaz. White = neonaz. Yellow = SHARP skin (also violence just antiracist violence be ready to fight)
