Wonderful as always. I've always felt that Rob Lucci represents a callous and sinister version of Luffy's persona. How "free" can a person become when they are raised so deeply oppressed. The slave, willfully turned weapon, in order to possess the largest version of freedom he was capable of imagining. Sad, and terrifying.

I think we saw a glimpse of that Robb when he asked the elder to spare Kaku. The old Robb would even kill Marines for being incompetent but this one formed a connection to Kaku and cares for his safety.
