I'm a hairstylist. This is salvagable. If I were to fix this I'd do a heavy low-light (my personal choice would be the Pravana demi 7Ntl) and put a liquid demi in 9NB on everything else. once that processes a root smudge at the shampoo bowl would would get you to your inspo pic.

Have the stylist correct it or have their manager/owner if such the case. You paid good money, get your moneys worth! Also, does your stylist know you’re unhappy with it? I’m sure he/she would rather you communicate with them…?

pretty shady on the salons part, to not honor you in any possible way, without having to use the stylist, the owner could have said, I will personally direct my stylist with the entire process and recipe to fix your hair!!!for free, put them on BLAST!!!!
