agree since I stopped dieting my urge to overeat are a lot less . I've not lost weight in a year which is frustrating but the food noise has gone

What if I intuitively eat like 1100 cal throughout the day but then two hours after dinner at like 8 PM or something like much closer to bedtime when I don’t really wanna eat I get really hungry for a bunch of unhealthy Carby and sugary and fatty things like cheese and bread or peanut butter and jelly or chocolate. I know that that’s happening because I’m not eating enough earlier in the day, but I also just don’t want to eat them earlier in the day cause I’m just trying to listen to my body and eye protein balance meals feel good but it’s still not enough at the end of the day so then I get cravings for all the junk food. Help please.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️
