Don’t necessarily say no to being by a school. I live next to a school and the noise is not as bad as the traffic. I feel very secure here though, so for me it kind of evens out.♥️♥️♥️Good luck ladies, sending you positive vibes!♥️♥️♥️

I believe NY state law requires bedrooms to have 2 means of egress. that basement is not legally a bedroom.

It a duplex. It’s a 2-story or multi-level. A duplex by definition is a building containing two self-contained living units attached but completely separate.

You guys should consider Bayonne, NJ …. Commute to the city is very easy and $4k would get you a lot, just find something with parking and near lightrail
