Sales (this is where money is made or lost) Getting attention is one thing. Turning that attention into money is another. Some of you are getting DMs. People are asking questions. But they don’t buy. That’s not coincidence. That’s a skill gap. Sales is: ➜ how you handle objections ➜ how you build trust in conversation ➜ how you guide people to make a decision If you don’t learn this, you’ll keep attracting people you can’t convert. 4. Learn how to create enticing offers (this is what makes people choose you) People are not just looking at your product. They are asking: “Why should I buy from you?” If your offer is just: ➜ product + price You’re making it hard for them. But when your offer is clear, valuable, and thoughtful,it answers the question before they even ask. Always ask what complementary products can go with what I’m selling  ⸻ 5. Customer service (this is how you manage people and stop struggling every month) If every sale feels like you’re starting from scratch, you will burn out. Because you’re constantly chasing new people. Meanwhile, the people who already bought from you, you forgot them. No follow-up. No relationship. No reason to come back. Because businesses that grow understand this: ➜ it’s easier to sell again than to convince from zero Learn how to retain customers ⸻ You don’t need to do everything.
