I hate exercise with no intention other than “to be healthier”. However, I love it when it has a purpose like learning dance combinations for a musical I’m in or fight choreography. I don’t mind exercise when it’s hanging and focusing 80lb light fixtures and watching my efforts actually have an impact. Going to the gym and working out just to work out is extremely boring and unfulfilling

It doesn’t have to be hours at the gym or miles running. Just punch the air with low weights for 15 min twice a day. Go for a 10-15 min run before work or a twenty minute fast walk during a lunch break. Then another one after work. Anything is better than nothing. The thing is to do is to do it every day.

I didn’t start feeling better until I was working out 5 days a week. It’s so annoying but has to be apart of my day regardless of how busy I am. Doing it all for a mediocre body. LOL
