I had my first migraine a few months ago and I genuinely thought I was dying, I was kissing my baby and telling him goodbye 😂😂 also apparently acupuncture works for migraines and soaking your feet in warm water in the bath whilst having a cold compress on your head/neck xx

Migraines are legit paralysing, they are annoyingly to do with hormones as mine went away when I was pregnant and then a few months post-partum but then came back. I asked the GP for Sumatriptan now which gets rid of the attack !!
