I don’t know if there is a way to add anything to it without making it look weird. You can just have that as a general motherhood tattoo and then get another one (or 3 other ones depending on how much you like tattoos) that represent the kids or each child separately.

I’d add a star to the “crown” on you- symbolism for the babe yet to come, then get another with the third in the mothers arms. Use it to tell a story.

I think you could go super artistic and have some various stages of blossoming flowers around to symbolize the potential for new life. I wish there was a way to make the tattoo look pregnant in some way.
