u can get completely rid of them non-surgically by using japanese corticosteroid plaster called deprodone propionate plaster (Eclar plaster). you can import them. my brother had keloids too, got them surgically removed and they grew back. he used the plaster for more than a year and it completely vanished. there’s also studies on it if you’re interested
