🍅 One Last Taste of Summer — Caprese Salad 🇮🇹 There’s something a little bittersweet about getting to the end of the garden tomatoes. ❤️ After a summer of picking tomatoes by the bowlful, I couldn’t think of a better way to enjoy some of these beautiful, ripe tomatoes than the simplest way possible… Caprese. Thick slices of homegrown tomato layered with fresh mozzarella and garden basil, seasoned with salt & freshly cracked pepper, then finished with a drizzle of sweet, tangy pomegranate molasses. ❤️ A little twist on the classic—and it was absolutely delicious.
