It’s outrageous how expensive everything is. Food gets me every time. My husband works in the states and it’s $2.99 US ($4 cad) for a large container of strawberries. Meanwhile it’s $10 here haha. Crazy the difference

That’s why we moved to Alberta 2 years ago from the GTA. And our winters are way better in the south because of the chinooks. We were in t shirts for weeks and super sunny! My depression has greatly improved since moving. I would love to leave Canada too but I don’t want to go to the unknown 😭😭😭

I feel you friend I live in Connecticut and it’s also super expensive. But I have a lot of family in Ontario and I’m always shocked with the housing prices along with everything else.
