ladies these are easy enough that my husband installs mine for me! I dont use this brand but I use butterfly wefts and they are by far my most favorite and the most comfortable.

Tip I was taught in my extension classes, never place on the occipital!!! Most people are back sleepers and it won’t be comfortable!
