No cream or topical will ever do anything for this type of scarring. It may change the redness or pigmentation but the deep scars require other interventions

i genuinely hate this ad so much it comes across my feed maybe 2-3 a day and as someone with craters and pot holes and i am reminded how bad it looks by the way describing them in this ad i’m not even a sensitive person but good lord chill a little. just say dam scaring.
