Ingredients • 1 lb ground beef • 2 cups cooked long-grain white rice • 1 tablespoon olive oil • 1 small onion, diced • 1 red bell pepper, diced • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced • 2 celery stalks, diced • 3 cloves garlic, minced • 1 1/2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce • 1/2 cup beef broth • Salt and black pepper, to taste • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions • Fresh parsley, for garnish Instructions Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, breaking it apart until browned. Drain any excess grease. Stir in the onion, bell peppers, celery, and garlic. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften. Season with the Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the Worcestershire sauce and beef broth, stirring well to combine. Fold in the cooked rice and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally until everything is hot and evenly mixed.
