thats not exactly how debt recycling works, only the amount you borrow and use for buying the shares becomes deductible, not your whole home loan for your principal place of residence

Good luck girl you’re gonna cop it by the tall poppy nay sayers. People want to know how to break out of the matrix, but when you tell them they like to blame or say it can’t be done, because they’re scared to do it themselves. I used to try and help people but I don’t now, I just run my own race because it wasn’t worth the headache. I became a multi millionaire before I turned 30 doing this, I’m now 35, just bought a 7 acre horse ranch whilst living in my dream home on the water, have investments and run a successful 8 figure business, and keep people guessing, because it’s easier that way. the debt recycling is so good isn't it. pull equity and use for investment. then tax deduct the investment interest that would have been PPOR interest. helps reduce the income if it was used for shares. excess in an offset is also valuable as it saves the interest that would be paid.(until you can actually pull it and redraw, as using that money as an investment doesn't allow you to deduct the interest it was saving) you basically have to use leverage and time. 100% use the bank to make more money. haha. love it. helping our kids to learn all this currently.
