Overhead shoulder press 2. Jabs 3. Front raise 4. single arm rows (both arms) 5. Bicep curls ~Try 3 sets of 10 repetitions for each exercise. Take a break between each set ~I am using 5 pound dumbbells. My mom is using 2 pounds. Use the weight that is right for you. Water bottles or just body weight is fine as well. ~Go slow and remember consistency is is key ~ Research suggest protein requirements may be higher in older adults.
