@lydia_hudgens: A lot of people run their hands through their hair on camera without even realizing it. Sometimes it works — but a lot of the time, it just leaves your hair looking messy or out of place, especially if no one is on set catching it for you. It’s not about being stiff. It’s about being aware. Be conscious of what your hands are doing, be deliberate with your movement, and make sure it’s actually helping the photo.
