Here’s the exact recipe 👇🏽 🫚 Ginger Turmeric Immunity Shot • 1 cup fresh ginger (roughly chopped) • ½ cup fresh turmeric (roughly chopped) • Juice of 2 lemons • Juice of 2 oranges • 1–2 cups water (adjust depending on how strong you want it) • ¼ tsp black pepper (don’t skip — it activates the turmeric) You can blend everything and strain using a nut milk bag or fine strainer. OR use a juicer (which is what I did). It’s quicker and gives you a super smooth, potent shot without needing to strain. Store in a glass bottle in the fridge for up to 4–5 days. Take 1 small shot (30–50 ml) in the morning on an empty stomach. It should burn a little. That’s how you know it’s working. 😉 Save this before you buy another $6 shot.
