It’s crazy how people keep saying Lella didn’t deserve the win just because she’s Daniel’s sister which is something she has no control over with, and because of what she said about Caprice in that question. Suddenly, y’all forgot that she was never nominated, was loved by her co-housemates, and did her best to show everyone that she’s a different individual from her brother. You may not have liked what she said at that time, but at least she was very transparent about who she really is, and that’s how she became the Big Winner. She was vocal and showed her true self. Lella earned that win.

First of all, Lella never got evicted, and she made it all the way to Big Winner for a reason. That didn’t happen just because of “luck” or money — it happened because ppl voted for her. It’s unfair to reduce her entire journey to “she’s rich” or “nepo baby” just because your bias didn’t win the way you expected. About the opinion she gave regarding Caprice and the Ultimate 8, that was simply her perspective at that moment. Inside the house, housemates are allowed to express what they feel and think. Hindi naman ibig sabihin na may personal attack agad. They were living together 24/7, and naturally may kanya-kanyang insights sila. That’s part of the reality of the show. Calling her “nepo baby” or saying it’s a “cooking show” just because she comes from a wealthy background is unfair. Being privileged doesn’t automatically disqualify someone from working hard or deserving opportunities. We don’t know the full story of her effort, sacrifices, and growth inside the house. And let’s be honest, if Joaquin became Big Winner, some people would still say the same things. Kapag hindi talaga panalo ang idol nila, laging may masasabi. That’s the reality of fandom culture. But tearing down another person won’t uplift your favorite.
