🍲 Meatballs with Potatoes and Beans For the Meatballs: • 300 g ground meat • 1 onion, grated • 2–3 sprigs fresh cilantro, finely chopped • 50 g round rice • Salt, black pepper, and paprika Ingredients: • 1 onion • 1 red bell pepper • ½ green pepper • 2 cloves garlic • 1 tbsp tomato paste • 1 can beans in tomato sauce • 1 large potato • Salt, pepper, and spices to taste • Cooking oil Instructions: In a bowl, combine the ground meat, grated onion, cilantro, rice, and seasonings. Mix well and shape into small meatballs. Heat oil in a pot and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until softened. Add the meatballs and cook until lightly browned on all sides. Add the chopped red and green peppers and cook for a few more minutes. Stir in the tomato paste. Add the beans and diced potato. Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients. Season with salt and spices to taste. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 15–20 minutes, or until the potato is tender.
