What a wonderful thing you are doing! As someone who is sitting behind a keyboard and not doing half of the good deeds that you are, may I offer one suggestion? Going from a 90 average to a 98 average might seem insurmountable and they may quit. Maybe just make the rule that each report card has to have a higher average than the last one. And it can't drop below the initial one. That way they can gradually improve and still have the reward of reaching milestones. What you're doing is amazing

Love the financial and snack/grocery motivation but my favourite part of the videos is in the interest you show in these kids. Asking their names, actually READING each and every one, noticing classes………this is the REAL investment in these kids. Amazing work and much love from Australia ❤️

I know people have told you before, but you have no idea what difference you’re making for these kids. I wish my neighborhood corner store do this for our community. Not even the financial aspect, the recognition which they may not get or the food or household items which I know help. Some that may all they eat that day. Thank you for believing in these kids. Most people don’t understand how MANY truly genius and talented kids come from underprivileged families.

This is how you help the community!!!! The more they focus on school and grades, the less time to get in trouble, or focus on things that won’t be good for them. Positive reinforcement is something I didn’t see until I got older and when I did, I flourished into a confidence and responsibility that changed my life. Good job kiddos
