Protective Sweep? That’s NOT A THING . They can only look in windows at what’s in plain sight. Penn v Mimm allows cop to ask driver to get out of car if they suspect a gun etc. PROBABLE CAUSE They can’t get into your car without a warranty.

You cannot search anyone’s car without a warrant. You have no probable cause to search any vehicle unless she’s the lawfully being arrested.

You need to articulate a fear if you do not articulate that you’re violating the fourth amendment. This is why we need to defund the police cause they are abusing that law.
