How to heat treat flour: Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread the 1/4 cup flour on a small baking sheet in a thin layer. Bake for 5 minutes. Let it cool completely before using 🫶🏻

You need to microwave the flour for about 30-40 seconds bc it is raw and has/can have bacteria in it so you need to microwave the flour to keep any bacteria away
