I have 100% Bamboo sheets, that's all I buy. Currently going through PeriMenopause and am on Hormones and STILL have hot flashes and night sweats, Bamboo sheets are super soft and comfy BUT they don't really help with the hot flashes Lol, nothing does really once they hit.

Not to get off the subject, but you have some strange windows in your bedroom, I’ve never seen windows like that in the bedroom 😳 the top ones would drive me nuts every morning when I don’t wanna get up in that light is coming through no matter what oh hell no I would definitely get blackout film to put on my windows. I have blackout film in my house now.
