Hey I'm a black man. Hey that meant something in the USA. Bc when i grew up if u could beat someone in arm wresting. U can get in a fight an win against the loser. An in the USA that's on the real. If u can beat a man in that game u can't beat him in a fight. That's what's coms to your mind when I was young an u want be afraid of them. An that's the way ppl try ppl all so. Just like they r doing if the other man won they would say they r weak an they will try u all so.

I remember at Hunter base Somalia. We had a barbell we made out of the armor of an old blown up vehicle. I’m guessing it weighed 225 to 275 who knows. I know most of us were doing reps of 10 multiple times daily with it. The sergeant wanted it moved to the motor pool where it could be put in the shade. So it wouldn’t get so hot to handle from being in the sun. It took six Somali mechanics to carry it to the motor pool.😁😂
