my dog does this really well when there are no stimulants. but hes a retriever, when that boy smells something in a field, his ears stop working. no matter how high the treat is (doesnt help hes allergic to beef and pork)

I have a question because my puppy got the hand so quick. But how do we get it to work outside of training time? 😂 If I got a treat. Great it’ll work. But outside is so chaotic and fun that he just doesn’t care to do it. It like only works in the house with treats. 😂

my issue with this is my pup will come over, stretch his neck to the bare minium to touch or get the treat and then the minute I try to grab the collar he bolts.
