That man was far too close with that knife and him stepping one foot towards the officer gave the officers reason enough to use deadly force.

Whoever took this video needs to be put in jail.It is not okay for him to talk to the officers like that.They're already having a stressful situation.And having somebody like this there , make it far worse , dude agitating the situation because he's a piece of s*** and he needs to be put where we put pieces of s*** in jail
