I don’t think we all have the same way of doing this. It has never happened to me till 2 days ago I didn’t know what was happening while it was happening I saw the other side with all the lights but I couldn’t break thru fully. I tried the next time at bed time I barely saw twinklesi don’t know what’s out on the other side of this but the beginning of it was odd and I just happened into this different state. Either I was dying but I was just coming home to sleep after work not trying to do anything like this
