Advocating > judging always 🫠 people in pain already question themselves. I remember explaining symptoms over and over while feeling inflamed and exhausted. It was defeating to not feel believed. I tried so many random changes and still felt stuck in my body. A girl in a healing group shared Eat like a Woman Protocol written by Loren Green and I got curious. Few weeks later I was 30 lbs lighter, flat belly, more stable energy. Why does this feel hidden?

I am a chronic pain sufferer.. my level is a 7 on a good day. If I’m at a 10 I can still function because I have to. My pain management doctor is my lifeline 💖

I won't even go to the ER anymore. I will do what I can to figure it out with my pain management meds, even when the pain of trigeminal neuralgia is at its worst for me, I won't go.

They say they're a 10 because they don't know what number to tell you that you won't question when it comes to pain level and pain relief. They know what they need but they get questioned as if they're drug seeking. I only go if I can't do it on my own anymore.

As a nurse It’s not my job to find out if someone is drug seeking. If it’s a 10 it’s a 10. Doesn’t even make the job harder because what’s the difference to me if I’m giving Tylenol or a narc. Whoopty do
